Very impressed! Our air went out on a 90 degree weekend and we have a newborn so we needed help quickly. I called probably 20 companies and I couldn't even get a call back. All directions answered right away, squeezed us in and had our air up and running that night! I won't even mess around with other companies next time!

I had another HVAC contractor come and look at why my AC system wasn't cooling as it should be, they came and didn't fix it, charged me a bit for their "services". I called Jon, within a few days he was here quickly diagnosed the issue with his higher-end tools, and fixed the issue within a few hours. Plus, his cost was actually less than the other company That DIDN'T EVEN FIX the issue. He's extremely professional and knowledgable.

Nobody wants their AC to crash in late July, but thanks to Jon we were cooling down in no time and did not suffer the financial burden we feared! I am grateful to have All Directions Heating & Cooling in Jordan.
